Many people start their day with a cup of coffee just to wake up, because they go to bed late and scroll social media on their phones or tablets in bed before sleep. No wonder they don't have enough sleep and quality of their sleep is not good either.
Stop taking supplements and energy boosters, it's just a temporary solution, it doesn't solve the problem at its root.
