Always strive to be better than yesterday!
What I usually do is write some goals down, in areas that I need to improve in. Weather it just be nicer to people, read more and remind myself to not over eat. Just simply writing these things down remind me of what needs to be done. -
One goal I always like to set for myself is, to be kind or help someone out. Some people wake up on the wrong side of bed and just seem grouchy or sad. But simply asking them “how’s it going.” Or just holding a door open for them if you see them coming can change there mood. So I try to at least help one person a day. Cause I know how it feels waking up annoyed, mad or sad. It makes people feel a little better when someone is randomly kind to you. So spread positive vibes only. Leave that negative shit at home. ✌🏼
