A few days ago I posted up a compound exercise cheatsheet. Check it it out if you missed it (10 posts back on my page).
Since that proved quite popular and lots of you said it was useful I thought an isolation exercise version would be helpful too. -
Just like the compound version, this is not an exhaustive list, but it doesn’t provide you with a core group of isolation exercises to utilise in your training. -
Remember for best results about 80% of your training should be compounds and 20% isolation work. -
