The best technique  for deads to avoid injuries is to set up the bar somewhere above the middle of your foot, hinge untill you can feel your hamstrings tighten, bend your knees until you can reach the bar and pull while you drive your legs into the ground. (Keep the body under tension throughout the whole set up). #powerliftingmotivation

Elbows play an immensely important role in perfecting the squat. 
It would be best to understand what not to do when following through. 👎🏻.Avoid flaring your elbows backwards as this will draw the load forward in an anti clockwise motion. 
Decreasing the stress on your legs, while increasing the stress on your lower back to prevent yourself from falling forward. 
Now that we understand this, we are able to understand what we should do. 👍🏼. Keeping the elbows neutral (down) is the best and safest way to follow through with the squat. This allows for weight to be evenly distributed on your body. It places most of the stress on the quads which then decreases the stress on the lower back as long as it’s kept tight. 
Though some may be flexible enough to succeed with the elbows back, this does not work for everyone and can be very detrimental.
