Pammy’s makes me so proud of my old hood’s culinary mastery. The Lumache with bolognese & spicy gochujang was our favorite, and rivals Carbone’s famous spicy rigatoni. The octopus with squid ink aioli was also out of this world, all topped off by the best bread pudding I’ve ever tasted. The space has a great Parisian/Brooklyn vibe, and our waiter suavely threw appropriate shade at a certain member of the family who thought it clever to inform him that we hadn’t yet ordered 😂 Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!
The local trout with braised kale, crispy chickpeas, and spicy pomodoro is giving us just the kick we needed today. 💥
Seems I’ve been in a baking mood this week! Developed this recipe for these Blood Orange Breakfast Bars. Made with home-made Blood Orange Marmalade spiked with Star Anise. They are really delicious and not overly sweet.
