POST 1 de 2: Como fazer o método 3/7.
Como fazer: O método 3/7 é composto de um ou mais “blocos de séries” dependendo do volume de treinamento alvo da sessão. Em cada bloco de séries são realizadas 5 séries com repetições progressivas de 3 até 7 repetições e com a intensidade ajustada a aproximadamente 70% de 1RM. O intervalo recomendado entre séries é de 15 segundos e o intervalo entre blocos de séries é de 150 segundos (2 minutos e 30 segundos).
Amanhã, o post será sobre os efeitos desse modelo quando comparado ao modelo “tradicional”.

How to do it: The 3/7 method is composed of one or more “bouts of sets” depending on the target volume of the training session. Each bout of sets consists of 5 sets of an increasing number of repetitions from 3 to 7 with approximately 70% of 1RM. The recommended rest between sets is 15 seconds and the rest between buts of sets is 150 seconds (2 minutes and 30 seconds).

1 Army crawls on the sand
Staying low to the surface on this exercise will engage your core stabilisation muscles and the staggered movement throughout your limbs will even activate the obliques down the side of your abs - a great full body exercise to perform if you are struggling for ideas on holiday

2 Tricep dips on a bench
The number one mistake people make with tricep dips is carrying to much movement/momentum through the hips and/or shoulders with this exercise, form should be strict and you should aim to push away at a 45 degree angle to ensure only the targeted muscles are activated, remember this ones for your 💪🏽 not your 🍑😁😏💁🏽‍♂️

3 Body weight split stance Lunges
Hands raised above the level of the shoulders will help with keeping a nice straight line through the body and with engaging the core, keep the head up and remember no half reps, knees should get either all the way to the ground or no further than half an inch away from the ground. Better range of motion means the muscle is getting a better stretch and the better the stretch the better the contraction 😏

Take my mother for example: she’s 94 and takes NO medication! How? By choosing joy every day, by making a point of helping other people, by staying active, and by eating a healthy diet. The woman eats NO processed SUGAR. None. Zip. Zero. Part of her diet includes Arbonne’s vegan nutritional products! She also has always been selective on what she puts in her body.

Maybe it’s time we stop listening to the status quo and start taking our health into our own hands. That’s why I choose Arbonne products, because I want to be like mom.
