💪🏽 #WorkoutWednesday: Cutting Update 😤
😭 IM ALMOST THERE🙌🏽. I’m almost done cutting y’all. I’m 146.2 right now and once I hit 145, I’ll be 30 lbs down! Felt amazing after my ridiculous back day today so i had to pose; had my client Mario go through my workout with me. Sorry man 😅! Im finally starting to get that grainy look in the skin, from it being so tight around the muscles. 🎄My lil christmas tree is finally in view in the lower back too. I’m contemplating cutting slightly further but we’ll see how I look 1.2 lbs down later.

Today was a full body day with primary focus on chest and shoulders. But when you train as an athlete you work incorporate functional movement to make the body work as one unit!! This is towards the end of my work out with cable cross overs to get full adduction of the arm.
