I took this picture the other day and for the first time in a while I feel pretty amazing!
2019 called for some health changes. I have been fluctuating with my weight after my second born. I gained 60 pounds with her during pregnancy (20 pounds less than my pregnancy with caius ) Lost it all pretty quickly then found myself on a path of yoyo-ing. Jan 1, 2019 Casey and I have embarked on a health journey that has changed us physically & internally. We are a low carb NO sugar couple now.
Over the holidays I gained a sweet 10 pounds..so after feeling our “fluffiest” we were ready. 2 months in & we have lost a combined 25 pounds. I myself 10 and Casey 15. I still have another 10 to go to get to my goal weight but we are doing this slowly and as healthy as possible. It feels good to feel good!
