Tonight I will show you how I prepped for my 3 day juice detox. Why detox? It’s a great way to get rid of toxins, boost the immune system, pump the body with organic nutrients, improves energy and so much more. .
What is expected to happen on your detox:
1. Your metabolism will slow down
2. You may discover food intolerances
3. You will feel sensitivity to cold weather
4. You may feel sluggish during
5. A caffeine withdrawal will happen
6. You’ll drop water weight (but gain in back after)
7. You may feel lightheaded
8. You skin will feel dry so drink water in between
9. Your appetite will slow down
10. Your hair and nail growth will pause
11. You may lose muscle mass
12. You may have diarrhea
13. You may lose focus
14. You will have boosts of energy .
This is why it’s important to consult a doctor before proceeding with a juice cleanse and to know your body and set limits on the amount of days you do this. Lastly ensure the juices are totally organic with no additives if you’re buying them packaged. I’m juicing mine from scratch
