Tried out reverse benching on dumbells for the first time, done this plenty of times on barbell and smith. EMG analysis data shows that upper head of pectorals aka the clavicular head is hit more with a reverse grip. The logic I have is to do it to incline to make maximum upper fiber recruitment possible. 80 lb dumbells felt heavy af but to be fair it was after a whole lot of heavy decline benching. Lets see if the 100s or 110s get a spin (literally) on the presses next week.

🔹(activation warm up) banded “cha cha’s” 3 x 20 each leg ⁣
🔸box squats 4 x 6 - a little note on box squats: purpose is to work EXPLOSIVENESS from a dead stop so you should be sitting all the way back at down at the bottom.  However, you don’t want to “drop” to the box- it should be controlled on the way down keeping everything engaged before shooting up⁣
🔹landmine deadlift to squat 4 x 8⁣
🔸banded barbell hip thrust 4 x 15⁣
🔹landmine curtsy lunge 3 x 10 each leg ⁣

Heute widme ich mich mal dem wichtigstem Thema unseres Sports. Die Ernährung! Starten tue ich den Tag immer mit Reisflocken, Whey Isolate, Eiklar und dazu Apfelessig. Bei mir gibt es meistens Parboiled Reis, da der glykämische Index sehr gut ist und wenn ich mal die Schnauze voll habe von Reis gibt es Kartoffeln in der fast 5 fachen Menge, da die kaloriendichte sehr gering ist, oder aber Süßkartoffeln in ca. 3 facher Menge. An Fleisch oder Fisch bevorzuge ich Rindertatar oder ein gutes Rindersteak, sowie Wildlachsfilet, aber als Standart Gebrauch, wird meist Putenbrust verwendet, schmeckt mega gut aus dem Kontaktgrill. Als Fettquelle eignen sich Leinöl und Nüsse optimal😊.
