Some fun takes on my typical lower body exercises!

🔹(activation warm up) banded “cha cha’s” 3 x 20 each leg
🔸box squats 4 x 6 - a little note on box squats: purpose is to work EXPLOSIVENESS from a dead stop so you should be sitting all the way back at down at the bottom. However, you don’t want to “drop” to the box- it should be controlled on the way down keeping everything engaged before shooting up
🔹landmine deadlift to squat 4 x 8
🔸banded barbell hip thrust 4 x 15
🔹landmine curtsy lunge 3 x 10 each leg
