When you are faced with a stressful situation whether in your business or in your personal life it is very easy to worry, be fearful, get stressed and panic.
Some stress is good for you but too much can result in you being unable to think straight, inaction and poor performance.
There are some tips that I always use to handle my stressful situations.
1. Think positively - you will feel in control and confident. Visualising a positive outcome or focusing on past successes and hurdles that you have overcome will make your thought
2. Make a plan - This will not only help you to ensure that you have covered all angles but will also give you something to refer to as you go along
3. Take action - So once you have your plan, start to take action to resolve the situation. Taking action in itself will calm you and other people down.
Hope it helps you and I'm happy to hear your thought below👇
An individual is an independent contractor if the payer has the right to control or direct only the result of the work and not what will be done and how it will be done. The earnings of a person who is working as an independent contractor are subject to Self-Employment Tax.
If you have independent contractors that contract with your company then you can issue them a 1099Misc at the beginning of the year if you paid them over $600 for a job. In order for you to issue a 1099Misc for any contractor then you need to have any person that contracts with you to fill out a form W9.
Who can relate?! 🐷😦😂 Just a friendly reminder to keep blasting through those meters 👌🏼 #nevermissamonday 🙌🏼💪🏼

Individual commitment to a group effort — that is what makes a team work || Outfox 🦊
At the end of the day, you are the only one that can make you do anything. If you don’t truly want it, you’ll never have it.
Sure, there may be some influences, but I got myself up and dressed, I got myself to the gym and I worked my ass off. Motivation and desire comes deep from within.
This may or may not be my last motivational Monday post for a while as my focus needs to be on my work and my training. But that doesn’t mean I’ll be done posting! Far from it!
I post because I like to help others, I don’t get paid for this, I do it out of love for the people ❤️ My journey into the ring starts today. I need to work hard and stay dedicated but helping others is just part of me. I hope you keep on following my journey as I do with all of yours. Love seeing everyones progress and overcoming their own personal battles. Keep grinding 💪🏻
