Alright, this must have been done! After the whole Mondayish Monday that I spent in its entirety giving training and hungry, without any snacking on the side, I deserved this one. So no regrets even though I’m so full I cannot even breath. Tomorrow is the last day of my trainings for this agenda so we can really agree that the new year is going to be a new start for me. 
Monday:
Kevin Levrone preworkout at 5 and Reflex BCAAs at 6.15.
Protein oatmeal for breakfast at 8.
Green apple for snack at 10.20.
Kiwis and plain yogurt, lettuce for lunch at 12.
Mini cheese pizzas with garlic dip and meatballs with baked potatoes for dinner at 19.15.

Il petto di pollo è un alimento estremamente versatile; costituisce una pietanza di larghissimo consumo, da preparare mediante lutilizzo di vari metodi di cottura: alla piastra, in padella (con o senza olio), alla brace, al forno, bollito, al vapore ecc, mentre (per questioni igieniche) NON sarebbe consigliabile consumarlo crudo. Inoltre, il petto di pollo privato della pelle costituisce un ingrediente economico e facile da contestualizzare, sia per laccompagnamento dei primi piatti, sia per limbottitura dei panini poiché: aumenta lapporto plastico e compensa efficacemente il valore proteico dei cereali senza incidere significativamente sul bilancio dei grassi o sul quantitativo di colesterolo.

You Crave What You Eat ..... being a healthy vegan does my body sooooo good, I crave veggies all day everyday (usually 10 portions of veg a day and 2 portions of fruit) BUT the odd day I go off track and sneak in a pizza, then my body literally craves that the following few days. The only way to beat this, will power, and knowing that its useless shit for my body! So only YOU can make those right decisions, forgive yourself for the chocolate bar you just munched, but just consciously don’t have another one tomorrow! It’s hard work, but nothing GREAT ever comes easy

O chocolate é um alimento frequentemente associado ao prazer. Tem sido descrito em sua composição a presença de dois análogos de anandamina, substância produzida de forma endógena com atividade semelhante ao canabinoide( termo genérico para descrever substâncias naturais ou artificiais que ativam os receptores canabiboides, compostos encontrados na planta cannabis sativa). No entanto, a associação do prazer ao consumo do chocolate não se dá devido à presença destes análogos no alimento, e sim, pela inibição da degradação da anandamina endógena, conhecida como substância da felicidade.
Os ingredientes psicoativos presentes no chocolate interagem com vários sistemas de neurotransmissores, incluindo os sistemas de dopamina, a serotonina e endorfina. Um estudo realizado com indivíduos saudáveis, com diferentes traços para ansiedade, submetidos ao consumo diário por 14 dias de 40g chocolate amargo (74% cacau) por 2 semanas resultou na diminuição dos níveis de catecolaminas (adrenalina, noradrenalina), corticosterona e cortisol na urina de indivíduos com maior predisposição ao estresse. O chocolate também foi capaz de promover uma normalização da atividade da microbiota intestinal com base na excreção urinária de metabólitos específicos como hipurato e p-cresol sulfato, sugerindo que a microbiota intestinal esteja relacionada com o grau de ansiedade e saúde mental.
