When I choose Usana journey, some people said this to me..
1. Please don’t do this business, do your ID company business.. you will not survive don waste your time there!
2. You in need of money or you got no more option?
3. Someone wash your brain is it?? •
All this comments above started off as a motivation and now become nonsense.. 😂 I think most of the people started networking will face a lot of doubts from others but it all about your mindset.. •
I always believe that it’s either you prove them what they said are RIGHT or you prove them WRONG! Learn from those who are success not those who comment a lot but they are still stuck in their job or their life.. 🤷🏻♀️
It your choice! 😏
"What's the difference between a physiologist and a Life Coach?"
"Does being a Life Coach mean you think you have your life together and you can now coach mine?" Top two questions I've gotten since announcing that I'm launching my business. Well, here we go.
1. Psychiatrists dig into your past to figure out how you got to where you are. What led you to your current state. Life Coaches take where you are right now and launch you forward based on your current state. I'm a catalyst for you and your growth.
2. I do not have my life together in the slightest. Quite the opposite. I'm still working and grinding just like everyone else and I'm not where I want to be in my career yet. I was also diagnosed with borderline personality disorder when I was 21 and I use that as a tool on the journey of building my business. You don't have to be perfect to help others. You don't have to be perfect to live your dreams. You don't have to be perfect to be worth it.
“Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible, without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly, and listen to others - even the dull and the ignorant - they too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your career, however humble; it is a true possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs, for everywhere life is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is. Many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere, life is full of heroism.
Be yourself. Especially, do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment, it is as perennial as the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are borne of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be; and whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace with your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.
Strive to be happy.”

" BE HAPPY. ⠀
Not because everything is perfect. But because you choose to focus on the perfect MOMENTS" ☀️ ⠀
It's Monday which means it's time for a brand new week to focus on those little moments that make you smile. ⠀
Monday's can be tough for a lot of people, including me. Before this job I had a very short commute to work ( a 5 minute walk) where I worked all day and into the night leading hikes for kids. ⠀
Now my day to day work life is never the same schedule twice! I am going to different schools and teaching kids in class lessons on sustainability topics ❤️🐠🌊 ( plus the occasional babysitting and dog walking gig) But what that means is that I have to be ON IT! ⠀
I could have to drive 5 minutes down the road or I may have to drive over an HOUR to get to a school to teach all day. So that could mean an extra early wake up time 😴 [working on this one] ⠀
But despite all the constant changes in the daily schedule, I always try to find something that made me smile extra big that day. Could be anything from a kid saying something silly, a cute dog on the beach, Ethan said/ did something funny 😂 or maybe I see an adorable baby cow jumping and running in the grass while I was on my drive! ❤️🐮 🐶 ⠀
I hope this week you find some HAPPY moments! big OR small ⠀
What's something that made you happy today? I would love to hear about it 😊

Do you do it?
Personally I’ve always been rather slack on recovery BUT it’s a massive goal of mine to take it seriously this year.
After my legs session today I stretched for 10 minutes, walked down to the beach and let the salt water do it’s thing.
It’s so important for longevity, I want to be active for the long haul, not just in my younger years! 🤜🏻🤛🏻
Train hard, recover harder.
