The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen. Your body can stand almost anything, but it's your mind that needs to be convinced. A lot of factors might be responsible for the fact that sometimes we want to do better, but we don't.
One factor could be motivation. Motivating yourself can get you started, but accountability is a very important key when it comes to a sustainable routine.
Remember, you said “tomorrow” yesterday. What seems impossible today will one day become the warm up. Sure it's hard, it's supposed to be hard, good things come the hard way. A sign for knowing a great path, is when it's a hard choice.
Working out means you're strong, unbreakable, irresistible and fit for anything that's great. You want to be better then you've got to do better and doing better results in being better.

Last weigh in at the Drs my weight was 121.5 kg. I was not coping with ME at all. I was so unhappy with the way I looked, I had low very self esteem, lacked energy, and constantly was in extreme pain all day.
My medical history looked like a novel, I was diagnosed with FibroMyalgia, Graves Disease (thyroid removed), then Hypothyroidism, Seronegative Arthritis, Rheumatoida Arthritis, Oestio Arthritis, Sicca syndrome (Sjorgrens Syndrome), severe anxiety and depression and epilepsy... oh and Arrhythmia of my heart....the list could go on.... I care daily for my husband who has suffered from a severe and debilitating stroke along with my 90 year old mother who suffers from dementia. I was far from coping.
I was taking steroids and 18 different medications daily ...My body was screaming at me ...something had to give.
I was lucky to make it till 11am and my feet would swell and that was the end of my day, because of the pain.
My friend Mel came around to visit and she looked fantastic, showing me that I had nothing to lose and everything to gain ..... so began my journey.
Within 2 weeks on my Ultimate Program I found I had more energy, no pain and was feeling amazing!
I have since gone on to lose over 35kgs and gone from a size 22 to a 12.
I currently work out 6 times a week. Because I love it and I can.
